We send all our parcels first class with Royal Mail.

We ship Tuesday - Friday.

Refunds and Returns

It happens, things can go wrong or don’t go to plan. Please always email us first if you are not happy with your order info@emilyfoulds.com. We want to work with you to put things right.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your order is faulty we will pay for the return postage, however this must be approved first via email.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
